Our office has had the same decor since the early 1980s. It made our company look fussy and old-fashioned, as well as making the staff less motivated. Luckily, one of our director's spouse is an interior designer and she helped us to transform our office into a more modern space. It's a lot more attractive and the staff seem more energised and willing to work in different ways. It's great to see them collaborating and working together to achieve results for the company.
